Bergamo's typical products: quality and tradition

Few people know that Bergamo’s province is one of the richest Italian territory in terms of specialities and quality food products.

At the moment in Bergamo’s area, thanks to the continuous and hard work of many workers in the territory, eleven products DOP,  some IGP,  De.Co. , DOC and/or DOCG are produced and transformed.

In addition to recognised and leading products described above, in all Bergamo’s province there are different qualified companies which generate excellent products.

Certified organic jams, cheeses produced with milk from cattle breed in the hill country, honey from rare essence, cold cuts produced using particular meat cut and much more.
