LA PICCOLA, AGRITOURISM IN FORESTO SPARSO
Our agritourism has family management and it’s specialized in traditional and typical dishes of the Bergamo’s cuisine.
All dishes are freshly prepared and, for this reason, the reservation is compulsory.
We are open on Friday, on Saturday and on Sunday and we can host a maximum of 30 guests.

THE AGRICULTURAL HOLDING
In our farm we raise cows and pigs that we use for the production of our cheeses and typical Bergamo’s cold cuts
Our grazing lands are located in an uncontaminated environment, characterized by the presence of a great variety of flora.
All the milk produced is transformed in our internal cheese factory into delicious cheeses like: taleggio, formagelle, Branzi, mozzarella, ricotta, …
Thanks to the processing of our pigs, we produce typical Bergamo’s cold cuts like : salami, cotechino, bacon, lonzino,…
All our products are served to the guests of our agritourism, sold directly into our factory or during the different markets that we attend, like for example the market organized every third Sunday of the month, which takes place on the Sentierone of Bergamo.
